What is included in the management fee?
The scope is tailored to your circumstances. Ask for a written breakdown of management services, partner quotations and separate costs before committing. Shipping, legal work and other third-party services should be identified separately.
Can I use the service if I rent first?
Yes. Relocation planning can include rental accommodation as well as a purchase. Discuss the support you need and the relevant service fees with the team.
Are relocation benefits available with a property purchase?
Eligible new-build partner purchases may include complimentary relocation management; eligible resale purchases may offer 50% off management fees. Applicable terms and service scope must be confirmed in writing for your transaction.
