New-property introductions
Of the net commission CyprusMove receives from its appointed developer or real estate partner for a qualifying completed purchase.
Long-term rentals
Of the net commission CyprusMove receives from its appointed partner for a qualifying rental of at least 12 months.
The property percentage is a share of CyprusMove’s net commission, not the property sale price. “Net” is after applicable expenses under the agreement. Qualifying status, the final rate and the amount payable are agreed in writing. The programme brochure also explains resale introductions.
A simple illustration
If CyprusMove receives €20,000 in qualifying net commission and your agreed share is 50%, your referral fee is €10,000. This illustrates the calculation; actual income depends on the partner, transaction and signed agreement.

Once the qualifying income has cleared in full, we confirm the fee with you. Payment follows within 30 days of receipt of a valid agreed invoice, subject to the agreement.
Payment timing follows receipt of the client payment or appointed partner commission. It varies by service and transaction; referral registration alone does not create a payment entitlement.
