- Clear meeting arrangements. Confirmed appointments include the location where known and arrangements for meeting your consultant or the listing contact.
Your written itinerary defines what is included. Flights, accommodation, activities, meals, insurance and other third-party charges remain excluded unless expressly confirmed. A viewing request becomes an appointment only after availability is confirmed.
