We will prepare a planned, well-structured itinerary around your interests and availability. Your viewing appointments and schedule will be accessible through your client portal, alongside suggested properties, photographs and brochures.
We coordinate appointments with developers and estate agents, help plan your routes and support you to attend viewings. We confirm accompanied viewing arrangements and any meeting points with you in advance.
Our agreed Premium trip support includes Paphos airport transfers. We can also help plan accommodation options and the practical details around your visit, with arrangements set out in your written itinerary.
Depending on the time of year and availability, we can schedule leisure activities around your viewing programme so you can discover the island, experience the surroundings and enjoy your stay.
Premium support brings together property search, a personal shortlist, viewing coordination and introductions to independent legal, residency, finance and other specialists. Eligible purchases may benefit from up to 1% cashback on a new property excluding VAT, or 0.25% on a resale, plus applicable relocation and legal-service discounts.
Premium eligibility is for new-property buyers or resale buyers above €750,000, with signed terms and verification. Benefits and travel arrangements are confirmed in writing for your client record, property and transaction. Flights, accommodation, activities and other third-party costs are excluded unless expressly confirmed.
